My bot worked perfectly for RS3…

but I just followed the topic for OSRS bot - https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107436

REQUIREMENTS:
JRE 7_whatever 32bit (x86)
No installation of JRE 6_whatever. (UNINSTALL IF YOU HAVE IT)
And just to be safe, make sure you dont have JRE 8 either.
(heres the java link if you cant find it http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...s-1880261.html)

and now when I try to compile, it says "error finding "java.exe"

I deleted my JRE 8 and installed JRE 7…

any things I can do to resolve this simple mistake of mine?

i have java 8 and i run everything fine.

You should check your enviromental variables (google it).

If not, check on the include where is it looking for your java path and manually add it.

I checked my variables and didn't see anything about java. What should I have there?

How come everything worked before when I ran SIMBA for Rs3? Granted I haven't used it in over a month, but I wanted to make a gold farmer on 07 and now this happens.

I am not computer illiterate, just confused about how to go about fixing this. If you could be a little bit more of assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Simba needs a 32-bit Java runtime.

1. Uninstall all versions of Java
2. Reboot
3. Install a 32-bit version of Java 7 or 8, either works
4. Reboot
5. Try to spawn SMART again

The reboots in between are important, do them! They are so your system can update PATH (the environment variable)

Please follow the above steps.

Well I did a system restore to before I did anything on my PC today thinking it would resolve anything I just did.

All I did now was test my SIMBA after I downloaded the SLR-OS and this is what occurs, even when I try to run any RS3 scripts that I used to run..

------ Failed to spawn a SMART client
---- initSmart()
---- attempting to spawn smart, attempt #: 4
---- initSmart():
------ Attempting to pair to a previously spawned client
------ smartPairToExistingClient():
-------- Found no free clients to pair to
------ smartPairToExistingClient(): result = false
------ Attempting to spawn a new client..
------ smartCreateClient():
---------- smartGetParameters(): Succesfully grabbed paramters
-------- getJavaPath():
---------- Attempting to search for your Java path
---------- Found your java path @ C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_40\bin\java.exe
-------- getJavaPath()
-------- Using parameters [http://world31.runescape.com/, f4643263037501976900]
-------- Using plugins "OpenGL32.dll,d3d9.dll"
-------- Succesfully freed SMART[0]
Successfully executed.

Have I missed anything in the community lately that I would need to know what to update my client with?

All I am trying to do is use https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=111732

and it say's I needed AeroLib…so I followed the directions of that topic https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=108953

installing the Include and Plugins

and I just can't get crap to work now
