SRL Archive - OSR Help

I have 2 laptops.
On my 1st laptop everything runs smoothly, but on my other one I get this error:
ERROR comes from a non-existing file (!addGlobalFuncHdr)
Error: Duplicate declaration "SmartGetClients" at line 1
Compiling failed.

What is wrong. I have everything similar.

One machine has everything installed correctly, the other doesn't.
