Hi guys,

i'm creating my very first fishing bot. How would i find the fishing spot?

I've tried using this:

mainscreen.findObject(x, y, color, tolerance, mouseOverText, mouseAction);

but it can't pick out the colours very well due to the water having similar colours.

I'm guessing you would do something similar to this:

// Scenario 1
procedure HandleDoor()
var
x,y : Integer;
TPA : TPointArray;
ATPA : T2DPointArray;
begin
findColorsSpiralTolerance(x, y, TPA, 3230561, mainScreen.getBounds(), 6, colorSetting(2, 0.12, 0.91));
if (Length(TPA) < 1) then
begin
Exit;
end;

// The door is about that size
ATPA := TPA.toATPA(20, 40);
ATPA.sortFromMidPoint(Mainscreen.playerPoint); // Sort found colors

SmartImage.debugATPA(ATPA);

end;

I would be greatful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks

You could look at iFlyFisher or iKaramjaFisher for examples. I forget how they do it, and they don't use filtering at all (…need to update and fix that…) but they might help.

I found this tutorial by Camel to be pretty helpful when I was learning to script. The ideas may be a bit difficult if you are just learning, so feel free to message or post for any more problems ect.
