Associate.sex - Extension Disabled - Did not compile

After my computer crashed, I unfortunately am back here having to reinstall.
Brand new machine - Windows 8.1 - Java8u45 -16GB ddr3 x64…

When trying to enable associate.sex I get the following;
Loading extension C:\Simba\Extensions\associate.sex
Extension Disabled - Did not compile
[Error] (14:3): Duplicate identifier 'TCharArray' at line 14

Now this may not be an issue, but it is the only thing that I have noticed isn't loading correctly and could potentially be the cause of getting smart to open…

The other window is… Error Starting SMART, ensure the page has an applet declaration.

Any ideas or suggestions?

EDIT:
Associate.sex error is not an issue for those who come across this trying to find answers.

For the below issue I found the following;
1. Load RS through the browser and launch. DNR
2. Disabled Firewall (don't have A/v) DNR
3. Checked environment variable (path) and did not see Java listed (might be a problem?)
4. Updated GFX drivers. DNR
5. Found I had Windows Defender on this Machine (it's new bought from a buddy who set it all up so I was unaware) which was causing the issue. Resolved.

unrelated. all associate.sex does is add a registry key that makes the .simba, .sex, and .simb files open with simba. (if they dont already)

heres an example output of it running (when fixed)
Key ".sex" existed and was simply opened without being changed.
Key "Simba.sex\DefaultIcon" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.sex\shell" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.sex\shell\open\command" did not exist and was created.
Key ".simba" existed and was simply opened without being changed.
Key "Simba.simba\DefaultIcon" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.simba\shell" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.simba\shell\open\command" did not exist and was created.
Key ".simb" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.simb\DefaultIcon" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.simb\shell" did not exist and was created.
Key "Simba.simb\shell\open\command" did not exist and was created.

but whether or not you run it will not make a difference (for SMART).

How about for what is showing in the capture.png? That's my real issue there.

Maybe uninstall Java 8 and install Java 7 instead.

It is a bug in associate.sex, not in your simba instalation. All newer versions of simba will give that error. Remove line 12-15 from associate.sex, save it, and restart simba.

e:
this is unrelated to your smart troubles.

Reinstalled twice now, currently on 7u76 back to the original error.

Thanks, still can't get the issue resolved in the image shown though.
I've been digging through the forums and have tried a few "resolutions" that were similar;

Resolved.
