Honestly I'm just botting my main for probably another 50 total hours. Haven't botted on it in years.

However, I'm going to bot the heck out of my ironman to see how far I can get suiciding :p

Good luck with it man! Starting over again can seem like a daunting task but I actually found it quite fun.

haha yeah, but now i'm really stuck between 07 and EoC.
before playing EoC legit i was hands down going to start legit fresh in 07 but after questing a bit in EoC…

eoc is more fun than legacy/oldschool at least combat wise. You can generally kill things faster (and more interactively) and also get much faster xp, anything to somewhat reduce the grind is what I prefer (it's why botting is great :P)

yeah, I think im going to have to give up nostalgic feels for the quicker paced game-play. I no longer have 12hrs to play a day like I used to :P

a little update: RS3 is actually a lot more fun now with the EoC abilities that I once hated so much because of the massive change from 07..

it takes like 200% less time to kill a NPC compared to 07 lol

Ofc EoC is best ^_^ it's the most up-to-date version of Runescape.
Anything else is basically akin to a private server. Not real.

oldschool runescape is great too!

i wouldnt go as far as to say eoc is the best, 07 does have its own merits besides nostalgic feels…

Oldschool certainly has the advantage of no cosmetic overrides. They really ruin the feel of the game.

I would switch to oldschool if my account stats stayed. I'm not spending twice as much time and effort to max another account with slower rates, even if I did get half of my 99s at those rates.

i totally agree with the cosmedic appearances ruining the game!

but I guess its keeping the company above waters so… :\
