How hard would it be to create a script that identifies a selected player by their name (or some other factor), challenges them to a duel, accepts, gets in the arena, and then forfeits?
I'm looking for a less-tedious way of getting the T6 duellist's cap and split screening 2 accounts to do this is worse than livid lol.

Reasonably hard. There's no RS3 reflection, so it's impossible to just identify players by their names alone. There would have to be some set-up done beforehand, defining specific colors for the selected player, and mouse-over text for their name.
I did this pre-EoC by changing my slave account's clothes to solid pink (unique mainScreen color) and joining them to the same friends' chat (unique minimap color).
The other problem is that you'll end up having two separate scripts, each running a separate instance of SMART, and each interacting with the other.
I did this with file I/O, writing the status of each script to a file, then having each script read from the opposite file to determine the next course of action.
tl;dr you could do it, and it's been done before, but the logistics of having bots interact with each other can be somewhat taxing.

I'm willing to actively play on my main, and just bot the side account. I guess the problem then is just recognizing my main from the bot's perspective?

could be easily done with OGL.

Awesome. I'll be sure to take a stab at it after my finals. :)
Wouldn't this be very easy if they were 2 bots communicating with each other on the same computer?
Even easier, just one bot controlling two clients.

Communication is very very hard to do right (much less do fast/efficiently). Even if one thing is out of order / is missed, everything could be screwed / deadlocked / livelocked. It's considerably easier to just do what KeepBotting suggested and keep it with a script controlling one account and do the other yourself.

Yeah, that's my intention. I'll have to start figuring that out after my finals though. I would expect it's not too difficult compared to other scripts out there.
This could be done easily with one script.

Pairing one Simba to two SMARTs? How would that be done?

I just need 1 script, 1 simba, for the challenger that suicides. My main would be logged in on the normal client, accepting the challenge, and letting the bot forfeit and repeat.
