This extension tracks your Simba and script usage. More features are in the works. Bugs are expected and reports are appreciated!



Installation

  1. Download the extension.
  2. Paste it into C:\Simba\Extensions\
  3. Open Simba and go to View -> Extensions.
  4. Enable the companion.sex extension.
  5. The "SRL Companion" menu item will appear along Simba's menu bar.
  6. Click on Launch SRL Companion to get started.

Current Features
  • Track Simba individual session and lifetime usage.
  • Track your script individual session and lifetime usages.
  • Automatically detects the currently opened script (your program scriptName; title).
  • Reset statistics at any time.
  • Notifications on of new extension updates on Simba launch.
  • Automatic asset downloading (only two images so far).

Planned Features and Updates
  • Script evaluator/educational tool for learning SRL-6.
  • Merging the DTM Generator extension with SRL Companion and removing the separate extension.
  • Merging the BBCode conversion extension with SRL Companion and removing the separate extension.
  • Don't know if msToTime will accept higher than Int32, might need to make an Int64 version for lifetime statistics.
  • Script thread creator tool, other forum help tools

Glad you guys like it! Working on some more features now :) If you check update notifications, you'll get a pop-up in Simba when I add something to the extension.


Yes it looks ridiculous now, have not worked on the GUI yet :p

Edit: better now. Going to add icons for each topic, with links now.

@Clarity; That would be cool if you made another category that shows scripts in your scripts folder. Then inside peoples scripts they could have a constant to the scripts forum thread were SRL companion grabs the script threads instructions

Noted and added a skeleton for that feature. If anyone has any more feature suggestions, please let me know! :)

Working on a lot of things, figured I'd release a small version update (most tabs are not functional at the moment, but give a clue as to the direction I'm going with this extension).

New attachment in the first post.

I'm unable to implement as many forum features as I want since ProSocks doesn't work with extensions, and I need HTTPS to simulate logins to Villavu. Perhaps I will convert to a lape form instead for those tools.

The tutorial tab will eventually be an interactive SRL-6 tutorial with pictures and other helpful things to try :)
