SRL Archive - RS3 Outdated / Broken Scripts

This is my first script ever, actually pretty good (For a first script..). Just goes to flax field, picks flax, banks it.

Note for v3: Gave up on the multi-paths, fixed the bank, fixed walking a bit, and added more multi-user support.

Use SCAR Divi 3.06 and SRL 3.7, or it won't work!

Current Script Version: 3

Instructions:
1. Change stuff under "Script Config" and "Player Config".
2. Use Low Detail.
3. Start anywhere in Seer's Bank.
4. Drag crosshairs into RS window.
5. Hit play!

Questions:
1. How would you find the color underneath the current position of the mouse?
2. Anyway to make the compass stay north? MakeCompass('N') Doesn't work…

Not bad at all for a first script. You might as well make a function for the walking because there are many superfluous lines. You could make a SymbolColorWalker, that will clean up the script a lot :) Ow, and better use FFlag(10); aot Flag; because the latter wont resolve the "hanging" flag.

Never had that before.. You sure you have SRL 3.7? I'll fix it in v2.5… I probably know exactly what's wrong…

Made a fail safe for that.. It'll be in version 3, which will be released whenever I make another path…

changed some coordinates

at first it was getting lost right after picking flax.


I messed around with some coordinates, but it does that bank thing, never actually banks it.

is this an error with the DepositAll command?

p.s. im applying for an srl membership soon, im making my first script this week.

No, it's a problem with my OpenBank4 procedure. I don't want to use OpenBank or OpenBank3 because they search ALL over the screen. Takes forever, which in time, makes Jagex think your autoing… So I attempted to make my own.. I'll attempt to fix it….

Fixed the bank and the walking is much better.

ok so it did 11 loads in 37 mins
it stoped at 11 loads becuase it got lost

it doesnt bank em, it sits near the bank

Er! great script i got it to work for 3 hours!!!! sorry i havent got a proggy…:S could you edit the script so it doesnt get lost near the bank?

p.s when is version 3 comin out

yea it gets lost near bank
then it logs out after >.<
then it logs back in then finds the bank something like that

Does it work if u like log off, does it still collect flax???

The script finds the bank and opens the bank but doesnt deposit the flax. whats up with that?

K i found 2 things that happended with your 2.75 script. First on the OpenBank4 procedure, the BankScreen command didnt work for me i don't know why, so i took out the loop, cause it kept trying to open the bank when it was opened. So if Anyone could tell me another way to find if the bankscreen is up? Also you picked a color of the bank that was on the top, so sometimes when it moved the mouse to the Bank it would over shoot the bank and end up not banking, so i changed a color to one in the bankscreen its self. Also your whole finding the symbol color is ok, but on the walking back, when it clicks on the bank color, it sometimes clicks out of the bank. So i changed your find bank symbol to FindSymbol(x,y,'bank'). Just a few things:D
Also this is a progress report, with the changes, It screwed up because i didnt have a loop to search for the bank until it find the screen, and it missed the click. here

it actually got 168 flax, but it didnt bank it so it didnt count.

And to everyone Who is not getting the deposit, thats because there is a loop to find the bank and it doesnt know that the screen is open. So Go in the script where is says the Openbank4 procedure, and delete the line that says repeat and the other that says until (BankScreen);

nice, i tried adding a new banking procedure but it failed. but i'll try your way and see if it works

when is version 3 coming out?

What i did instead of until bank screen, was
until FindObj3(x,y,'oins', CoinColor,Tol); So if it screwed up the bank, if it didnt see the coins, then it would keep looking for the bank, and i added FixBank; in the repeat. Also with the changes i ran this over night and i got a really good proggy here it is.

how can i get it to work !!

it will collect the flax and deposit in bank yet sometimes it will move the mouse to close the bank but it wont click it… im not sure whats up there.. other than that it works nice :)

I found out why it wasnt closing the bank screen… my comp was lagging so by the time it got to the spot it clicked already.. i just added

    Wait(1000 + Random(1000));
    Mouse(485, 41, 5, 5, true);

after

Mouse(485, 41, 5, 5, true);

thanks for the awesome script :) only problem now is that sometimes it goes into the party room but even when it does that it sometimes makes it back to the bank :)

Scar 2.03 with SRL 3.7, what I mean is that it will do one load, then go for the next, but stop half way through to it.

on version 3 it still won't bank it'll just search around my bank and that is it. It doesn't deposit at all, but everything else is rele nice.

ok i have scare 2.03 with srl 3.7, i ran the deal and it went from bank to flax picked flax, and when it got to my bank it just kept searching and searching for a bank :( :( :(- - - i dont know where to get the right version of scar unless i have it…and i tried that bank thing i coukldnt find where to put it in the scar…can someone please tell me what to do? Please.

You set it to only 1 user, take out the other users…

Thats all it banked it closed the bank and just waited and got logged out not by program just rs logged out- - - i had to do the patch cause today rs updated using diffrent colors but thats my only problem it stoped…it banked fine.How can i fix this? Basicaly it's just doing one trip.

It's logging out because it's erroring and going to the next player… Since you only have one player, it has no player to go to! That's what I'm guessing anyway.

kk i need help and tysm for answering me dude…anyways, i can only do 1 acc (all i got in member) i did that fix and all but it'll get about 250-300 flax before it messes up (i dont watch it) but when i check on it its logged out, i log in and 2 times in a row now im SOUTH of the partyroom and NORTH of the flax field i'm right next to the party room wall. And i ran for 5 hours total and got 500 flax…its really slow, i got 1 player i removed the other ones,its slow and always get stuck in that area and the report says "Could not find any flax! Trying again…

well its sometimes about luck if it finds all the colors and stuff. thats why having more than one player is reliable. i used two players before but now i got one and it banks only around 100.

that may be, but im not here for luck and ur saying all those people are lucky and im the only one that isnt? and it doesnt make since why im getting errors and why it takes 2 hours to get 200 flax! help please

Stripes, do me a favor and in the constants, change Debug to 1 instead 0. Then run it, and paste the progress report here if it messes up near the party room like you've said.

v3.5 will be out soon. Will have failsafe to party room, already did random running, and made the walking into the bank a lot better.

ok good, well i did that debug b4 u said and i got another member acc, 1 did about 2 trips went to the banked and i assume got lost and logged, my other was awesome, it did 17 trips! but on the 17th it went NORTH of seers bank and a assume was messed up but then the maze random came so today i go through it and all, end up north of the bank in 3.5 perhaps make no more north of bank>? i hear others are going just north of the bank..but to my suprise 17 trips is awesome :D and i cant wait till 3.5 sounds like it will fix my problem o, and heres the report i had set on debug already

Does anyone have the problem where it banks the flax, waits in the bank untill it logs off. Then it logs back on and picks flax, banks it…then logs off…etc.? Or is that how it is?

yes it does that to me too
before the update it didn't do that
but now once it finish 1 load it goes bank puts flax in bank
logs out then logs back in
then it goes back flax field then go back bank and repeats
and then my proggy mess up

i saw one bug. when it banks and closes it, the script still thinks its closing the bank screen. i think this happens because of the new update of rs when it says "closing bank" on the top of the bank screen. i added a temp fix to this, on version 3.0, go to line 620 (on mines) and it should say

na i only use one player and added Setrun to the script and i think there is way to make the walking procedure better. i might try to make one :)

yes it makes it player run. a procedure straight from SRL

how i put this in?

As of 6/30/07 the script procedure has gone haywire, im lucky to get 50 flax total from both players together. I havent had time to watch it, but it was preatty slow to start out but it got me 2k flax in about 4 days of work not nonstop just random times i had to set it up, but now when i set up go away come back in like 10-20 mins its logged both have screwed up…there always off path and sometimes its just in the field and no flax and other times it hasent moved out of the bank…anyone know my problem? did rs get new colors? if so where do i put em at..or is there a better way to get this to work better, or atleast the way it did..slowly but steady

Hey it works great.But i just watch it log out at bank after 13 load whats up with that.

OKay what happens is after 10-13 loads it will place itself just south of party room it will then log out.It will log back in(as the same character i only have 1)Stand there for 5 seconds log out again.Then do the samething again.My patience grew short and i got the impression it was gunna keep doin this so i would let it log me in and out forever.It would be much appreciated if you attempted to fix this bug.I think we all dream of being able to go to sleep and wake up and its still goin at it.Is there any sripts that actually do this?

ive downloaded your script but when i press play a error message says
