I recommend removing your login name from the error log.

Are you running simba as an administrator?

I've got the same issue with it opening up "My documents".

I had a similar issue a couple days ago. Turns out the latest Java update had monkeyed with the PATH settings, so fixing that fixed my issue.

Open the Start Menu
Right-click "Computer", open Properties
Go to "Advanced System Settings"
On the Advanced tab click "Environmental Variables"
In the bottom box find the "Path" variable (or create it if it isn't there)
Replace the variable value with "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_40\bin"

And that ought to do it.
