SRL Archive - RS3 Help

I have changed the path multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled simba multiples, and uninstalled java a few times.
I just did a fresh install on my computer which is why I am in this predicament.
Java is only installed once as the latest version.
The path is: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_40\bin;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_40\bin
but Simba keeps trying to pull Java from Program Files (x86)

I have tried everything I can think of. If it helps I am using windows 8.1. Last night I installed java in Program Files (x86) to see and it would spawn a command prompt, close and repeat until I stopped it. RS runs fine for me, but simba will not spawn smart.

Simba needs a 32-bit Java runtime.

1. Uninstall all versions of Java
2. Reboot
3. Install a 32-bit version of Java 7 or 8, either works
4. Reboot
5. Try to spawn SMART again

The reboots in between are important, do them! They are so your system can update PATH (the environment variable)

C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;

I have this in my path variables and it works now, but I was having some problems yesterday.
I uninstalled all java versions and reinstalled the latest.
