Yeah I think it wouldn't be hard to do that. It would probably be easier to add the two to your action bar and just have it set to switch every 55-65seconds using Simba. If you wanted to still play with your mouse it would need to be set up for Direct X but if you didn't really plan on touching it much then SMART would work fine.

There is no NMZ in RS3 :)

OP: it wouldn't be too hard to write up some functions that interact with the prayer tab. I don't think SRL-OSR has any, AeroLib or Reflection might.

At any rate, if you wanted to use color to make your own, you could create a TBoxArray of the prayers in the prayer tab. Then you could use color counts (of the white corona thingy) to determine which prayers are activated.

Well then. Entirely my bad, it wasn't mentioned in the post and I just figured it was some monster acronym in RS3. After all, there is a lot of content in RS3.

Edit: I also don't play oldschool, I personally prefer the updated version, RS3, more.

Easiest way to do it would be with Simba's native functions. As an example, to detect if a prayer is activated or not, you could use CountColor; (documentation).

You'd pass it the box your prayer icon is located in, and let it return the amount of colors it finds. Do this for both an activated and deactivated prayer, and note the differences in the returned values.

CountColor(col, xs, ys, xe, ye);
That's an example of how to call the function. That will return the number of times col appears in the bounds set by xs, ys, xe, ye.

For instance, assume that the color count of an activated prayer is 500, and the color count of a deactivated prayer is only 125.
We'll manually change the values around a bit so our function has some tolerance. We'll say that if we count more than 300 colors, our prayer is active. Less, and it's not.

function IsPrayerActive:boolean;
var
Count:integer;
begin
Count := CountColor(col, xs, ys, xe, ye); //Count the colors

Result := (Count > 300); //Return true if we counted more than 300, return false otherwise.
end;

if (not (IsPrayerActive)) then
ActivatePrayer;

And so on and so forth.

Oh, you're right. Quick prayers are also an option. In that case, you could use the same method (CountColor) to determine if the quick prayer orb is activated or not. Depending on its status, either click it or leave it alone.

Well i would not risk it because if you get banned for it sucks. Just afk nmz normaly its no big deal just look at the screen randomly
