Fletching maple shieldbows is good profit up to 99.
Otherwise you could try divination and get yourself up to elder energies (75 divination) and get about 1-2M/h + crazy div xp.

I don't know about the elder energies as you'd be pretty hard pressed to complete Fate of the Gods with those stats (also iirc, I don't believe any of the scripts in the div section actually support the 75 spot). You could definitely do the mapleshield bow fletching, but tanning dragonhides is probably more money per hr esp with dxp coming up.

I would also suggest doing whatever you can from the recurring section of this: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Mmg if you don't have that much cash to start with.
