SRL Archive - RuneScape News and General

Good [insert time of day] to you all. I noticed this last weekend and have unfortunately confirmed it today. That the last two weekend events have been bad for those who bot. At the lobby screen, once you log in, there is the layout with recent news and then promotional things in the top left. Last weekend it was the Bonus Chest and this weekend is Valentine's. Both had a "Play Now" button in the "ad" that sent you straight to the treasure hunter screen. This got three of my accounts banned. I was using three different scripts. The first one I thought was because I was trying to make a little extra GP, but the other two today were just skilling.

In short I suggest you all be careful and baby sit your scripts through events like these. Or maybe the login function to only look for the "Play Now" at the bottom of the screen? I selected specific worlds so it wouldn't just click the "Play Now" button, but on breaks it must have gotten stuck in a loop of selecting that and going straight to the treasure hunter screen.

Happy Valentine's day to you all and may the botting odds be every in our favor! :sasmokin:

One of my accounts got stuck in that loop also yesterday clicked like 50 times but got banned nearly whole army but test account……Seems like today is ban wave going..

My accounts seem to be logging in fine. Mayor probably fixed it already or something.

Anyways, heart shaped things will appear in your inventory. Apparently they're worth 10k.

Yea I had a lot of them already :/ Oh well, time to make new accounts. Ive had amazing luck before this. So either I got careless or it was the update.
