Hello, when I go to change my screen sizing to fixed, it wont let me. It makes me stay in resizeable.

Try changing ur layout to oldschool? That should limit ur RS screen to 800x600

I get this too (or at least used to). Weird things happen for me trying to open SMART in resizeable mode :P
For me what I do to fix this is change the layout to fixed in the runescape client itself (i.e. set layout to oldschool on the runescape client) then close the runescape client and start simba. When SMART spawns it should be in fixed mode then.
