Name of cup or promotion?
Reflection Developer/ Cup
Why do they deserve this cup or promotion?
You can see him and elfyyy have been working on reflection together:

He is the guy that works for facebook. He's really smart, although he doesn't like to admit it as he's modest.

Here is his github if anyone wants to see his AIO script. He plans to convert this to reflection so he doesn't have to maintain 1000 different colours :p

He definitely has a lot of knowledge when it comes to reflection. He was able to help a bunch with widget locations, which are very difficult to get correctly. He has a updater for Rs3 (I have never seen code, but I do trust him). The only thing that I would like to see what others think, is since he has only been helping me for a few weeks, if it may be too early? I voted yes, since he has wayyy more knowledge than me when I got the cup. But that's another story.. Haha

Yea he did make a fully fledged rs3 updater that works with all 100 gamepacks in like half a day (long before you and brandon made that tut). Some of his rs3 work (MM too):

I think that him getting some reward will help to keep him around ;)

Granted.

Also guys, please poll more people for cups and/or promotions! :)
