Edit: Updated to Java 8 and it now works.

Well, from my experience SMART doesn't load when using Java 8 for w/e reason. (But it only seems to apply to some, not all)

Okay I downgraded it back to 7. SMART Still not working.

Also can't play Runescape unless it's at version 8.

Updated it back to Java 8 again and it now works.

The changes probably messed up your PATH environment variable, did you happen to reboot at any point? Because rebooting resets PATH.
