i did everything the guide told me to do and i cant load up rs07 when i type in this script

it says this

The DLL libsmartremote doesnt set a memory manager.

The only mention of bmpMinimapMask in flag.simba is line 147, not line 113 as mentioned in your error.
I believe you may either have an outdated version of the include, or have accidentally edited one of the core files.
Go back to the OSR setup tutorial and re-do the steps involving installing SRL-OSR. Report back with results.
