SRL Archive - Bot Information and Spottings

After getting back into RS3 scripting my friend told me that the likes of powerbot etc are detected and people are getting banned literally hours after making a new account using that client. He then told me SIMBA results in less bans because not as many people use the scripts here as they do on powerbot. That leads me to my question is botting safer in SIMBA vs powerbot? I know it's not safe so I'd rather we saved each other a bit of time and got that answer out the way.

yes (at least on RS3, I don't play oldschool), as long as you don't do anything dumb (script bugs out for 3 hrs) or overly bot goldfarming methods like astrals/rcs/vial fillers etc. Jagex can detect us if they tried but they don't try apparently lol.
