Does anyone know a good program for monitoring which running processes are using what percent of your bandwidth?

Like Win8's task manager has that feature integrated, where you can see Network usage along with RAM and CPU usage. I'm on Win7 though.

Anyone know a good 3rd-party program? I've Googled around and found a few, but I don't quite understand how they work and thus I'm not quite sure what I'm even searching for, 'network monitor' might not even be the correct term

I think wireshark is lower level than what he wants

you can get all that data he wants but it isn't as "nice" to read as some program that puts it in graphs for MB for you, since it's all in bytes/bits usually
