SRL Archive - NOTA

Hey everyone, I hope all is well and you had a great holiday season and new year!

I was hoping you guys could fill me in (just links to major threads are fine!) on what's all new.
I "left" a bit before SRL6 came out, so anything about SRL 6 (and when the scripting "changed" ) on-wards would be great!

Whoo, there's a face I haven't seen in a while. I was actually wondering where you'd gone, earlier today. I'm glad the new year has brought our YoHoJo back (for good?)

As far as new stuff, SRL-6 really =/= SRL-5 in a lot of ways. Lape has changed the game pretty significantly. A full reinstall of Simba is recommended.

Some important stuff would be:

Simba 1.1 release (changelogs and new release information),
Simba Buildbot news (developer stuff, info on future releases),
Setting up RS (has changed a bit since SRL-5),
The Mayor's SRL-6 tutorial (great for getting on your feet with SRL-6),
and SMARTv8.3 which you may or may not already be familiar with.

Oh yeah, and if you plan on using SPS-RS3 anytime soon, be sure to check this out.

Some of those links might be more useful than others, dunno. Others might have more to add, that's just what I could remember off the top of my head.

and libSRL5 which is Markus's include for porting SRL-5 scripts to SRL-6
