SRL Archive - Banned from RS

Well thats it, thats the end of the road for me. Was using jonesy259 astral script when I got banned, only used it for a two hours, but I saw it was too robotic and very bot-like, kinda saw the ban coming. Stopped after two hours and did some questing but got suspended shortly afterwards. Id like to thank the community for its many great bots that got this account 16 99s.

Doubt it, saw someone else getting banned using same script today.

While I'm inclined to agree with Harrier, astrals are very highly ban able no matter what.

I am so sorry to hear for you loss, as the script is in its first releases I am sorry to find that the antiban must of not been good enough to make it human like. Also the mousespeed was way to fst for a human, and that was getting changed to. I have run the script 6+ hours and still no bans, so maybe you were flagged. Although yes, many accounts have been banned using astral scripts, John who is a srl member and a few others. Your loss will ensure a better script for others.

i do agree astrals are a high ban area.
specially because of the gp/hr and bot numbers

Looking at all these bans at astrals, I'm actually thinking about training rc legit.

Astrals is a heavily watched area, it's most likely the main reason for your loss.

Mouse speed..some humans are rly fast, prolly no issue. For antiban system i doubt its the main reason script is detectable.Let me quess, used random() waits? If so then there is your main reason. Also if you used one walking path then its your reason, and if you using multiplepaths but with the same chance of everyone then again. Random is the thing getting detected, there is no random behaviour in real life its pattern with some high or low randomness, but its clearly patterned.. I have had my dragon bots once run only 90 mins, now got rid of any random waits i use like gaussrangeint + random chances of gaussrangeint to wait long or low to make waiting distribution more human. Patterned, i mean like 1 of 8 walking paths is like 65 percent for bot. Chances of surviving increased dramatically, back at 3weeks+now no ban yet.

Also dont overdo antiban, but some very rare occasions really help. Also try to add as much misslicks/repeated clicks/messes, i mean mess as like for example, 'forgot' some essence while running at like 2nd map click you 'remmeber', go back to bank and other stupid stuff people do, but not too often, as you can to make it more humanlike. Also the thing i like to do is to click rightclick chooseoption then repeat it with leftclick like really impatient human would do. Be open minded for everything about antiban. Like when i was runecrafting nature runes long time before without bot i used to 'use' my largest pouch after i was done with runecrafting at altar to not forget i need to fill pouches at bank, since it was highlighter and easier to remmeber :) Also had very stupid habbit of repeatedly trying to remove ess from pouch at altar even if i knew it was empty, nearly every trip :) Also during so called lagglines people trend to re-position their walking path, but sps doesnt do it. May be helpfull too.

i really think pauses on mouse movement
and total break on activity makes it less
likely to get banned.

I wouldn't dare to bot on a 2350+ main, I just bot on throwaway accounts. :P

Well some people like me don't like to put the hours in for 99s on a high level account so they just bot… although I am also no one to get mad so it wouldn't be a big deal if I got banned,.

I recently lost my maxed Turmoil Zerker crafting astrals with my own personal script. It's not jonesy259's script it's the money making task. It seems to be watched at the moment.

I have appeals pending for over a year, they usually don't answer the appeal.

Appeals won't work in 99.99% of the cases. Your best best chance would be trough Reddit or Twitter.

I doubt it was his script as well, I've found that anything that makes good money will be watched closely. A little while back @Flight was banned on his account for rune crafting, I do not remember if it was astrals, but I doubt his script was poorly made. Most likely the area.

Abyss crafting natures on OSRS. But with mod weath around, it's hard to get away with botting :/
