SRL Archive - Who Are You ? Who ? Who ?

Hello, everyone.
I decided to join because I am really interested in expanding my knowledge and logic in programming.
I might not be too great at it…But maybe one day I will. :D

A little about me:

- I am 23 years old.
- I am learning Japanese.
- I plan to work on a PhD. (Computer Science, specifically A.I.)
- Starting in January, I am taking the MIT-1 year challenge.
- Coding Languages: Java, php, Javascript, HTML/CSS**, ActionScript 3.0

My Runescape history:
- Start around late 2001 / early 2002.
- Lost access to internet. :(
- Start again in Feb 2005
- Play off and on after the famous 2007 incident.

I hope to have a grand time here. ^.^

^{**(not really a language..but hey.. It makes my list longer)}

You seem very enthusiastic! I like it.

Best of luck to you. Good to see you're here to learn. I first got involved with this community about seven years ago, and it's why I program today. It's a great place to learn! More than anything, this community wants to see people learning, in my opinion. Any macroing brought by that is just a side effect of that.

If you'd like, come idle in the irc channels! Both #srl and #simba are on irc.rizon.net and is a great place to ask quick questions instead of posting a new thread for each question you may have. Keep in mind that people on irc are located all around the world, though, so at certain times it may take a little while to get a response. I'd recommend idling in the irc whenever you can. It's great fun!

Anyway, welcome. I hope you enjoy your stay.

Hi there, welcome to the forum!

Judging by your impressive ambitions, I would say that you're going to be more than welcome here. You should definitely come and idle in #srl so we can get to know you better.

I look forward to seeing you there, and to seeing your first script! :D

Welcome! Glad you found your way here.

Welcome to the forum, hope to see you around :)

Welcome to the forum! Enjoy your stay.

Welcome!

Hello, everyone.

Welcome. With your knowledge and motivation it sounds like you could contribute some cool things ;)

That Mr. Burns picture wasn't expected lol

Thank you everyone. :)
I've been reading through the docs to get a grasp of how Simba works, whenever I
get the time. I'll try to put together a script and release it soon though. ^.^
