I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations for a tv show to watch? Here's a list of tv show's I've seen/currently watching:

What type of shows are you looking for?

workaholics is great, but the start was rough +_+
Friends recommended the office and it's always sunny in philly but I just can't stand it for some reason. It just vies me an awkward feeling watching it.
I've seen the blacklist, and gotham. I started breaking bad but it got repetitive and I just stopped. (Got to like season 3 and gave up)

For some reason I can't stand anime, but that might be just cause I like manga better.

I'm looking for a comedy/rom-com. Those are something I enjoy a lot but I'm open to about everything (as long as its interesting).

Looks like you prefer comedy so I'd personally suggest The Office. If you're looking for something intelligent I'd recommend Burn Notice (my favorite) or Lie to Me.

I'm going to second Burn Notice, I really love that show. Have you thought of Mad Men?

Burn Notice might have some of the worst acting i've ever seen in my life. But that may also be because I've only ever watched it while I was high.

those are what I watch but haven't been able to keep up with them since I'm in college. we share quite a few interests in shows so maybe the others will intrigue you.

Try watching Weeds, it's funny and a good story line.

I tried watching dexter. It just started losing its touch after like 2 seasons in.

I always wanted to watch game of thrones, but I keep telling myself to read the book first. :|

I can't believe nobody has recommended Archer. Even watching reruns I can't stop laughing, you pick up on all the inside jokes you missed the first time round.

Ancient aliens is ok show for me to watch when there is nothing else.

I've only seen one episode of Ancient Aliens but I enjoyed it.

Also, if you're looking for something more serious I might suggest Lie to Me. AFAIK there's only 3 or 4 seasons but it's quite an intelligent series.

My problem with GoT is that it is just too long. It is basically like sitting down to watch a movie each episode for me. I know it has a good plot, but the length is really a problem for me.

Breaking Bad is one of my all-time favorite shows. I will never forget it.

All of them are really good! Californication is one of my favorite comedy wise. Besides that boardwalk empire and sherlock are great for the story.

New Girl is hilarious, definitely a must watch.

The X-Files is an amazing show if you watch it. David Duchovny is awesome in that show

Game of Thrones is really good, if you're looking for a comedy to watch Peep Show is good, it's English so the humour may be different haha, you can watch it online for free on 4od, not sure if you can outside of the UK though

Something I thought was amazing was Mad Men. It just lured me in so well, loved the setting of the show (1960's-70's New York), was all about money, getting women, having affairs. Just like the amazing lives of rich men in NYC back then, it's awesome. Only bad thing is that if you're trying to quit smoking or working on staying away from that, it's something that is not going to help you at all. The girls are also pretty attractive.

Another great show is Peaky Blinders on Netflix, it's a Netflix original. Great show based in Britain right after WW1, focuses on gangs and gypsies, italians, jews, police corruption, violence (and lots of it). It's just really hard to describe.

The only thing about these 2 shows is you kind of have to power through the first 2 episodes before it really starts to get good, but if you can sit through those episodes I swear you'll like them :)

Better Call Saul!

Elementary is one of my all time if not #1 favourite TV show out! All the seasons are equally good and can be found on often visited pirate ships. :garfield:

Big bang theory is p good

Game of Thrones, definitely worth the hype.

House of Cards is a good one.

But my all time favourite classic two TV shows you should see if you haven't is Californication and The Wire, The Wire is the only cop show I'll ever watch.

One word. FRINGE.

One of the coolest TV shows around. Like a modern X-Files.

You have to see Breaking Bad. And after that, Better call Saul, although there is only one season as of today, but more is coming :) Also Game of Thrones. And if you're at least somewhat interested in startup/geeky scene, Silicon Valley is great show and as a programmer, I must say it's also amazingly accurate for a TV show.

Of cartoons, I see you're watching South Park, Simpsons and Futarama, so you will probably like Family guy. Maybe even American dad (same author as Family guy), but I must say it's not as good as Family guy.

This show just premiered not to long ago, so far the first episode is really good/different.

Top Gear UK, if you're looking for laughs!

Don't be put off by the car theme of the show, most people watch this for the comedy. I myself don't have that much of an interest in cars, but have watched almost every episode of their 22 seasons. Check out any one of their Christmas Special for a nice introduction to how the show is. My personal favourite must be the Bolivia special.
