Getting handles of subwindows

In APPA I can do:
appa_GetTargets(s);
and I will get:
['"Shell DocObject View":591014', '"Internet Explorer_Server":656364', '"MacromediaFlashPlayerActiveX":394330', '"MacromediaFlashPlayerActiveX":263440']

Can I do the same using Simba (or with any plugin) ? I mean to find handles of subwindows in a main window ( Pid and handle of a main window can be found with this function).
My point is to set internal frame as a client without using crosshair.

Not sure if you mean this.
var
T :TSysProcArr;
I :Integer;
begin
T := GetProcesses;
for I := 0 to High(T) do
WriteLn(T[i]);

EDIT: re-read the OP. You meant Sub Windows..

More edit: You could import user32.dll and use EnumChildWindows

simba does not find bitmaps from a child window if my browser is set as client. But it does find it when the flash game is set as client.
I would like simba to set the flash game as target but i don't know how. I would like to use childwindows to set as targets but i can't seem to figure out how i have to use them.
So could some one give me a good explanation on how to set it up?

thx
