Very easy to bypass; people here from Canada and UK have received their membership.

anyone take advantage of it while it was there?

From contacting other members on here, about 10 or so took advantage of this.
It took them less than 5 minutes to purchase and log in with 30 days of membership added to their account.
If the chart proves to repeat last years sale, then the next $3.95 would be next year on November 2015.
