As Robert said there is no public Legacy include - but why would you want one, anyway? SRL-6 can handle dynamic interfaces perfectly and the action bar is invaluable for autoing.

The use of legacy in scripts is unrelated to interfaces/actionbar, the whole point of it is the alternate combat system.
There are incredible gold-farm/profit opportunities with legacy PvP combat, as well as some PvM situations.

combat system is the same, damage output is balanced between both modes unless I'm horribly mistaken
