So my doctor just told me I have mono:duh:. I'm pretty sure i've had it for at least 3 weeks and haven't noticed it, but today i'm just dead.

Has anyone else had it? any stories?

i had it last year, in my last year in school :(.

Had it during winter vacations though! but it was a terrible combination of mono + hepatitis . So i was destroyed, had incredible fevers and literally, didn't get out of my bed in like 2 weeks, (just to go pee). It was hell on earth lol, the 2-3 worse weeks of ma life! I got it from being with a girl one night i was really drunk (or atleast thats what i believe, and my friends… she was ugly so they'll never forget, i still get jokes about it)
this was also the unluckiest year of my life.. after 1 month of this, i broke some stuff (ligaments, cartilage) in my anckle and had to get operated (surgery) and couldn't walk for 3 months, i have some titanium stuff in there now. lololololol. And at the end of the year i discovered i have irritable vowel syndrome.

So yeah, great year 4 me :) cheer up!

I got mono my last week of high school. Had some flu symptoms and after some tests the doc diagnosed me with mono. Never really had the extreme fatigue though. Just some general sickness for about a week, then I felt better. Could be possible I got the wrong diagnosis though.
