Name of cup or promotion?
Promising Newcomer
Why do they deserve this cup or promotion?
Looking at his join date and the script he has released, I think that the Promising Newcomer cup is in order for this user

If he releases this 'scripting engine' just give him new comer, useful poster, aristocrat, ssrl etc. :p

This this should be granted seeing as he missed out on the competition cup ;)
