Can someone explain why the client is more heavy for my pc then the webclient from runescape?

Cause i ofcourse would like to run a script and play my games instead of only being able to script when i'm not using the pc

I have a decent computer, I'm getting a new one in about a month but that's not important information

What i want to say, is that i can run my games when i'm plying runescape in the webclient, but not when scripting from the client simba starts

How is this?

I'd tend to say that any autoing anything is going to take more CPU than playing it normally. You've got another process running.

When you're playing legit, all that stuff is done in your brain. But you're autoing, so the computer has to do it.

There are some ways to mitigate this, though:

-set RS to low-cpu usage through the game
-set RS and Simba to low CPU usage through Task Manager
-tune down aggressively small looped wait()s in scripts, that's a big cause of CPU hogging
-follow this thread: https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=109112 it's mainly for running multiple clients but that method reduces CPU usage as well which is cool.

Hope I could help.

Pretty much what KeepBotting explained. You have a script full of procedure that are continuously being called and looped through, on top of processing and rendering the actual game itself. When using a client other than SMART, it actually takes full control of your mouse; making it impossible to do anything else. I assume you already know this though.

Thank you for this.
I've been having some troubles with letting a script work on VirtualBox Windows (Trying to decrease the amount of RAM it uses or that simba displays there is not enough ram available, numerous problems of coordinates being incorrect(Note: Simba bug.) and more RAM issues.
I'm currently on around 70% ram usage left, which still allows me to play other games. (Total of 8gb ram)
