How would I be able to spawn a client that is on my Desktop, without url.

I don't understand the question. What other client? How is it on your desktop?

Like RSBUDDY pro. the application is on my desktop. how would i be able to spawn their client through SMART.

Rs buddy injects code into the client. I don't think you can do what you want to with smart. Just set up a vm with a shrunk down version of Win7 or Linux.

With most of the reflection functions it requires SMART. So im stuck. and using smart will just be a higher chance of me getting banned.

You won't be able to use reflection without SMART. Even if it was possible to load OSBuddy through SMART, OSBuddy is closed-source and doesn't share hooks for that exact reason–so people can't turn it into a bot client.
As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure what method OSBuddy uses. They might be injection, which is completely different than reflection.

Also, using SMART doesn't put you at any additional risk. If anything, reflection itself poses a greater risk of ban. So if you're paranoid, use color.

But I don't think it's possible to load something like OSBuddy inside SMART.

Now, you *could* write a script and use OSBuddy as the client - it'd have to be a color script, and you'd have to run it in a VM because it'd be passing pixels using the native graphics buffer (i.e. not SMART, it'd use your mouse & keyboard).
You could write routines so Simba could pull data from OSBuddy (OCR probably, most of OSBuddy's extra features come in the way of a textual interface).
However I don't know what effect that might have on the rest of the include.
