SRL Archive - RS3 Script Requests

Coal is in high demand.

I am not looking to make money. There are better ways to make money than to mine the crap out of coal.


I have been trying to buy 20k coal for a week now. Even going over 100 gold each in asking price on the GE I was only able to get 5k…



What we could use is a coal mining script like we had back in the day. Just below Falador mine the coal there.


If at all possible please have it capable of going into the dung part where you can mine coal and use the bank deposit there.

Anyways, this is just a request. I will check back to see if anyone is going to be my hero.

If no one else has done it in two weeks I'll do it, but why not have a go at making it yourself? A coal miner would actually be very easy to make. ;)

Yes… because of double xp weekend. give it a few weeks and coal prices should drop again.

Tbh this is a good request and all but why not just suck it up and buy the coal for a few hundred gp over market?

Mining 20k of any ore is gonna take a really long time. If you value time as money, you'll save more money in the long run if you just buy them.

Coal prices are only up because of DXP weekend.

It can, but its broken. Doesn't run well, its a bit sloppy right now.

Actually took your advice. I followed the tutorial for making a RS3 script. I have a fully functional script.

I am excited and I will post this in the miner section once I have tested it out for a full day.

Literally just got it completed, activated an old alternate account I had and plan to run this script for a full day to ensure its functionality.

If all goes well I will post the script up for some feedback and for anyone else to use.

Sweet, that is exactly what I will want to do.

This script runs great, definitely want to get some feedback on making it perfect. It is very basic, I want to enhance it as I go and I may get the best directions to do so.

I am constructing the post right now, ran constant over night and got me over 2k coal to start. Finds the deposit box and coal ore fast. I am amazed for my first attempt. The tutorials were awesomely helpful.

Thanks on the heads up by the way, I forgot about posting it in the "FIRST SCRIPT" lol, I was about to go straight into the Mining threads.

yep, this script does exist but its pretty outdated right now. i am sure if you post the script in the requests section and ask for it to be updated, sooner or later someone kind who is taking requests will offer to update it and cha ching! good luck

I'm running an Ironman character and actually need to mine coal :p Bad news? I have exams (procasinating right now) AND I havent wrote a script in 4 years :/. Good news? So prepare for a sloppy mining guild script in December :D
