Mutliple Clients in DirectX/OpenGL

When opening a number of clients, they will run in direct-x until a certain number is reached (for me it seems to be 5 clients, then the 6th is where the problem begins). The 6th client, for me, will spawn in safe mode, and won't let me switch to direct X.

I thought maybe my video card was the limiting factor on this, but the 5 runescape's running, logged in, are only @ 12-20% load. CPU usage is only at ~25% with 5 running. Regardless of what I do, I can't get a 6th client to run in direct-x or opengl.

I can run more clients in safe mode, but many of the included functions won't work. I ran into this problem when experimenting with the idea of having a number of accounts bot bosses together.

Any ideas/solutions to allow more clients to run in direct-x/opengl?

I have no idea what happened, but now my java is taking up 100% hard disk utilization, to the tune of 100MB/s +++.

Not sure how to fix my java issue now :S undid everything that I did, tried reinstalling java/simba and the problem persists. 100% disk usage when running java, whether it be simba/runescape or not.

frustrating… im not sure what the issue is..

Java would be caused by RS, because AFAIK simba and SMART don't actually use java, it's the connection to RS that does it.

Yeah I can't quite figure out what it is that's causing it. All I can say is that it occurs when opening more than 1 runescape (regardless of whether simba is used). I tried deleting subsequent jagex caches but the problem persists. I've noticed too that the actual disk usage in terms of mb/s is no longer high but it still is topping off @ 100% usage which points to an issue with the hard drive/the files on it.

May just wipe the drive and start over really, haven't done it in over a year and a half and there's tons of junk I don't need on it. A fall cleaning of sorts.

When I ran simba through the batch file to allow >4 clients, I quickly ran into a java error that crashed the client window & simba and thus the problem was born. I reinstalled java, tried system restoring, etc.
