EDIT: Anyone here think a SRL5 release is worth it to be released, updated to run with current game, bug free. Would it be enough to earn SRL membership?

I remember you :p No to the release because that include is no longer maintained. Yes to the release if it is modified for SRL6 - that is more likely to get you mems ;)

It's designed to run in safemode for VPS useage, made/maintained it with itankbots since the day RS3 was released.
For that updating it to be SRL6 pretty much defeats the object by the sounds of it if that means upgrading to opengl

SRL6 is far superior, there is even a safemode-legacy version of srl6 floating around.
