The runas command doesnt allow the user account's password to be blank:

Is there any way to bypass this?
I tried editing the registry found here:
But i'm not quite sure which of the value to change. Anyone has any idea?

Have you tried this?

Go to Start | Run. Type secpol.msc and press Enter. Navigate to Local Policies, then Security Options. Find the policy that says Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only. Set it to disabled.

Didn't notice you're on Windows 8.x.

Have you tried rebooting after you changed the registry value?

Only tried changing ValueType to 0 then reboot. Not sure which of the values to change.

All the guides found online are directed at windows 7 ultimate/pro with group policy, which is about changing the value from 1 to 0. (the default for my case is 4)
