yup, though world 48 already does that a lot more (on the daily reset it's fun (imo) to see a surprising number of rs legends at burthrope bank (not to brag or anything but I've had the honor & pleasure of being ignored by zezima there :p))

there's roughly a year of ingame playtime on the acc (don't wish to say specifics publicly ^_^)

ahhh, I remember getting access to that forum for the first time, and then two more times after that.. went in it once, saw all the cheesing going on and peaced back to my bots… then got pwned

I reached the point to access this and strangely enough, there is not as much elitism as one may think. First off,there is a large majority of RS3 that is currently maxed anyways, and since everyone in this forum is around equal, the conversations are just like the regular forums, the difference being jmods responding more and faster and the players conversations in themselves being more mature.

Do only maxed players have access to those sections?

once maxed you gain access, if a new skill comes out and you lose your max cape you don't lose access to the forums (so not everyone there still has a max cape)
