Hey I am looking into maybe moving to New Zealand in the next year or so. I am currently doing research on it and was wondering if anyone is from there. If so souther/northen? Also how are the internet speeds heard they are slower. Also anything you might wanna share about your experience there?

im not from NZ but have been a month there. @element17 (i dont know how to do this)
internet SUCKS and you pay like 1$ per 1gb of traffic if my memory isnt failing. or sth around 40$ for 100gb traffic (with shitty connection speed). I dont know why is that.
But i assure you, in NZ you wont need that much internet, the country is AWESOME, since i went there, the only thing i´ve wanted is to go again, and maybe at some point in my life even live there. People are incredibly chill , cool and helpful. so i totally recommended to you. I went there during the RWC 2015 and i visited from the top north of the country to almost the bottom, and there was no place i didnt like! The best experience i had there thoough was caving in waitomo, it was awesome. I didnt expand much on things cause i gotta go to uni and im arriving late lol.

Yeah I am planning a trip there in the next few months. Looking around February which is when I read that tourism is down and its not to cold yet.

WOO come to nz bro <3 im from New Zealand .. hmm internet speeds imo is alright but i think in 2015 -2016? we will have fiber cables? where the speeds will be 100mbps right now im averaging 9mbps
if you like nature scenery beaches partying getting drunk & being a day ahead of the world then new Zealand is the place to be..
ok so truth be told.. Northern side of nz .. more mixed cultured people … more job opportunities? imo
i can't say much about the south island other then that it's like the tits to live in queenstown :P

I'm from Estonia(europe), and I'm planning to work a year abroad, starting september 2015.
How easy or hard is it there to find job as Web/PHP developer?
Or as eg. fitness instructor, sports ground/building caretaker or any other job?
How much are salaries and hour rates?
I'm getting kinda obsessive about New Zealand :D Thankful for any information
