SRL Archive - RS3 Script Requests

Hey!

Today, I'd like to request a fishing guild shark fisher! I've looked through the fishing scripts, and all the shark fishers don't work! So, I think it'd be great if someone made one for me!

Before anyone says I should make it myself, I'd like to say I've already tried! However for some reason I can't seem to get certain things to work, such as banking, and finding fishing spots! Therefore, I come to you, valued community, for aid!

I remember that the Fishing Guild was one of the hotspots for the permanent bans.

If you have tried making the script, perhaps you should post your code-in-progress in the Help section of the forums about where you are having difficulties/getting stuck on.

This should be pretty easy to make, you should check TheMayors tutorials HERE and Here . These will get you going in a couple of hours

If you have done this already and you have been experiencing problems with banking and fishing spots, maybe you could ask for help! peole are really helpful around here. I may remind you, have you updated SRL ? cause some stuff have changed lately

Is there a command I could paste into my script to make it find the fishing spots easier, kind of like BANK_NPC_BLUE? Or is it necessary to use that ASA program?

i already have found a fix for footballjds` shark fisher, just set
use deposit box to false and it will bank using the counter.

Thanks for the fix! However I'd still like to make my own, as this one is a bit messy, and seems botlike. Using it could get me banned!

As my last post asked, is there a command that I can put into my script to find fishing spots, or would it be more efficient to just use that ASA program?

using any 'bot' could get you banned…


ACA*
ACA is just a tool you can use to get colors and find the best colors. while it does have a code gen func, it is not current, so as of meow, it is only useful for gathering colors.

No, there is no constant for fishing spots. You're best to use ACA* (read Turp's post) and find it yourself. You said that you've already attempted to make the script, and that's great, so why not post it here in

 tags, show us what specific problems you're having, and go from there? You might be surprised at how willing this community is to help. ;)
