Why does bot not work when I close VPS viewer?

The bot just stops and doesn't do anything whenever I am not connected to my VPS session through a viewer like RDC. The bot only functions when there is a current viewer on the virtual server. It is a windows 2012 server by the way.

Perhaps the VPS is set to sleep when it isn't being viewed. You should ask the VPS provider support whether this is the case.

How can I check?
Edit: Nvm I think I found the settings. Thanks I will try testing it now

Depends where you got it.
Some vps's shut off when you stop using them because they are like free trials

I am using a windows azure one. I also tried thomas host. It had like 2GB ram and 6 cores and still had problems so I asked for a refund. The windows azure is 3.5GB ram and 2 cores

I had the same issue with Azure as well. As a matter of fact I couldn't even minimize it, it would stop working then as well. I was using Remote Desktop, but I've also tried VNC, and so far Teamviewer is the best. You may have better luck with Teamviewer, it has a specific button for "lock on session end" so maybe it won't shut down when you either close it, or minimize it.

Hope you get it worked out because it's a pain in the ass having that window open 24/7.

Ok im glad that i am only the only one. Well i picked windows azure because i know that windows 2012 has direct x support and its too rare to find a good vps that has opengl/direct x.

How would I work with it with teamviewer? What do you mean by "lock on session end"? Ive downloaded the tv program on my VPS and pc now. What should I do?
