Discussion on Anti Ban techniques

I would like to start a discussion on how we can prevent the ban waves and how we could trial and error to find Jagex's ban logic.

Based on White_Lycan's ban (he botted 24/7 and RC but only got banned when he tried to sell his 1.4 mil astrals at G.E)

So this makes me think they have a mechanism on G.E's end that detects abnormal amounts of a good being sold. Each good has its own abnormal quantity based on some logic or formula they have.

For example, selling 20 blue party hats would be abnormal but selling 10k fire runes or 10k bow string or 30k feathers isn't abnormal.

So if this is true then it explains how Gunner got banned when he increased his daily stacks to 15k for herblore.

From this, I have two proposals to prevent bans.

1) create 20-30 accounts and trade your botted stacks with these other 20-30 accounts and have them sell to G.E as opposed to one char doing it at a massive level. I wonder how Jagex detects RWT…are they putting a logic on the trades a user does as well? That is a question to be answered but this in my opinion is a good starting point.

2) I or other user's pay a botter gold for their goods. For example, instead of selling his herbs or unf pots to G.E, I buy them off Gunner using my gold coins and then I go and sell the good to G.E…This would be further improved if I have 7-8 accounts and they all trade the purchased goods for gold coins and then the last account sells the goods to G.E OR each time one of the account makes the gold for goods trade, he keeps some of the goods and sells the rest to the next char for gold and that way the end result is that all the chars would have some level of good and gold still remaining. Then they go and sell the good to G.E and cash in on the good. At the end, maybe end of month, the chars all trade the earnings/coins to the main char. This method removes unbalanced trades and looks very similar to someone merching.

What this does is allows the botter to gain gold coins in a safe way while the person with 8 chars can earn extra income if he and the seller make an agreement on some price where the 8 person buyer buys maybe 5%-10% lower than G.E price.

This concept is similar to bitcoin mixing and in my opinion would make it harder to detect who is doing what since it all looks like legitimate trades.

This is just my thought of two different things to try as part of the trial and error process..

This way the buyer that buys from the botter cannot be charged as there is no RWT involved and the botter gets his gold and so does the buyer. Also bypasses the ban wave if there is a logic on G.E end.

TL:DR if we all work together then maybe we can use our separate accounts to bypass the ban waves to get mutual benefit.

I would be willing to bet Jagex does not have the resources to track trades unless they are spying on a specific account. Which seems weird anyways.

As for the GE, I don't think they would ban based on selling a large quantity of something (like 1.4m astrals). Because Jagex does not want to ban an account unless they are 100% sure they are botting. However, they may see 1.4m astrals being sold and watch that account more closely and catch them botting that way.

This seems like a likely method they could use. Which could be prevented by using a mule account (which I'm pretty sure everyone does) to store all of your gold. Botting accounts could trade goods to the mule, the mule could sell the stacks. The mule will never bot so it won't get caught if Jagex uses something similar to the method above. This doesn't rule out RWT though. But RWT bans only come from the big ass trades (250M+) from what I've heard. So if you have that much gold… just have more than 1 mule.

I've been doing this for a long time with the same mule.

After I looked around on Google I found that they will find an account that buys from RWT and then they will flag that account and not ban the buyer but ban the seller of whoever is selling to that person. So they will flag all accounts that they know as buyers of gold for example and watch anyone who sells and so they ban the seller. This is some what proven as many people on Google mention they have purchased 1 bil+ and not been banned. Others mentioned they sold 1.5 bil and they got banned but the buyer didn't get banned. So this theory of monitoring buyers and using them to ban the sellers tell me they can keep track of trades.

This title is surely misleading, this sounds like a discussion of how to safely sell bulk amounts of "botted goods". I was kinda hoping for an actual discussion on anti-ban.

The topic is generally broad so if you want to contribute to code implementations of anti bans then you can do that too. This topic is meant to create a collection of ideas on how to safely bot and that includes selling mass botted goods.

in my opinion there may be a posibility jagex tracks trades/drops/maybe even kills. Since i managed to mine around 20k rune ores with few account. used 11 runners/noobkillers/mules whatever u call to bank them. basiclly what my script did was miner goes to rocks, shares memory to another tab which runs runner/killer, runner scouts the worlds, and marks where did he found ores, shares memory, miner goes there, mines up to 28 ores, random ammount but mostly 4-8 then drops them, trades, or die to a runner if he has more than 20+ ores. then second tab shares to 3rd tab. runner after is full logouts 3rd tab log ins runs to rebank all that stuff. and so on. basicly i lost 3 miners and 8 runners during nearly 2 month span. one miner lost while got stuck in a world hopping loop which i handt failsafes to. so in my theory either my semi blind rebanking got accounts banned or huge amount of stuff droped/traded/ lost on purpose did it. ores never went to get before bans. they went to my main acc.

Also yesterday lost my green dragon bot at developing process :(. managed to kill around 4k drags before it. still got some noob lvl 97 or so account left so hopefully ill bot some cash/skills for him to bot more serious stuff.

If they downsize all the information about trades, items, clicks, and other actions into very simplistic 0s-and-1s-style data, they definitely have the resources to keep track of anything. Whether they do this, or bother to assign manpower to handle it, is another story.

Like Flight, I am also mostly interested in an anti-ban discussion. My biometrics discussion died out :\ When I find time I hope to create the perfect biometric profile system but that's a dream for now.

I'd love to work on a project like that. In the beginning, AeroLib was planned to revolve around such a system, from the very base but unfortunately I didn't follow through on designing that first.

I am going to make an anti-ban. I don't really have as much SIMBA coding syntax so if anyone is good at that and is able to convert my logic to code then that = profit.

PM me if you're up to do some SIMBA coding.
