What are the most common and uncommon lures?
Many people try to lure so just keeping an eye out; maybe help out the victim in anti if I ever come across.
I personally haven't been lured yet and I don't want to, I have not lured either and I don't plan to. Also if you want post an anti to the lures.
Most of the lures are pretty clever and pretty stupid. Maybe you guys can come up with some lures.

This is 2014. If you get lured in RS3, you're a major derp.

Don't go into PVP zones with expensive items, don't drop expensive items. There, I just saved you from 95% of lures.

Don't trust anyone over the internet that you haven't known for a year or more. Bam, other 5% of lures taken care of.

Don't buy expensive items. Then, the lurer won't come after you, and you won't lose your cheap crap, this works 100% of the time for all lures garunteed :D

This is more difficult to cover depending on your definition of lure, but let's try.

Don't do things simply because people ask you to. Think of why you would want to do something, then think of why they would want you to do something. There are very few things in runescape that require help from others, and if you've never heard of it then chances are you have no reason to do it.

Example: Someone tells you that if you do x you can duplicate an item/money etc. Logical thinking: Why would they not abuse this bug themselves if it made piles of money instead of sharing it and allowing it to be patched?

Using this method of thinking iv never been lured, althrought had manny various attempts, and got trust trade hacked lol. Basicly there is only one luring form left in rs: trustrading or whatever u call it, if you trust something you shouldnt youll get lured/scammed/hacked. Sometimes people change, for example iv had what i called i good friend we pvmed alot maybe 2-3 years. we shared hilt drops and stuff, even divine sigil we got duo in non ls world he shared too, it was like 680m or so that time. but after few months i let him log in with my pure and het cleaned like 40m i think, dropped chaotic items, fire capes, defenders, void, got defence up 6 lvls, he kept training def 6 hours till xlog…..he also scammed other his friends and made solid pile of cash, all in the same day. it wasnt hacked acc or something cause some people i knew knew him irl. i was rally surprised.
