Whenever I run a script, the script keeps opening and closing the graphic settings very quickly. I have redid the setup guide multiple times to make sure that my graphic settings are correct.

You need to provide more information.

• What script(s) are you trying to use?
• Post a snippet of the debug text (remember to put it inside [NOPARSE]
  [/NOPARSE] tags)

I am using VEB Miner, and no debug text appears when I try to view it.

There's got to be debug text. It's got to say something.

The little box at the bottom of Simba's editor, what does it say?

I'm going to assume you're using The Mayor's VEB Miner. Firstly, set this to true:

ENABLE_DEBUG = True; // Line 41

Second, are you using DirectX or OpenGL mode?

I've tried using both modes, and even when I set my debug to true, it still shows nothing in the box.

What do you mean it shows nothing in the debug box :/ If SMART loads, then there will always be something in the debug box - given that you've set debug to true.
