Hi, So when I try to set my settings to OpenGL SMART crashes, when I try to set to open gl on browser I just get a white window or just keeps saying loading. I updated my videocard driver, also I installed latest verssion of JDK and JRE as well as set my path variables.

If you can't access OpenGL mode through the official webclient, it's an error on your end. Most likely a graphics card incompatibility or a driver failure.

I had this same problem and I was using Lenovo. I had to go to graphic card settings and choose to use nvidia graphic card 100% of the time. Also set my laptop's performance to 100% instead of power saving. Fixed the error for me.

I had the same problem.
After you changed settings to opengl and get the whitescreen , disable debug ( bottom right corner in smart) atleast it worked for me. Oh I just saw that it also doesn't work in browser. What gpu u have?
official runescape forum can help, but you don't know anything about simba/smart ;)

I used to have this problem on my lenovo aswell (dunno if its because we both have lenovos) , but then it went away, just out of the blue, no idea why..

Maybe try deleting your cache, reinstalling java, updating graphics drivers?

he did everything but deleting the cache I think.

You are using integrated intel graphic card right? It seems like anyone who uses that faces the same problem, which i cannot find any solution to date.

I have no idea what I was trying to ask.. :l

If I had to guess, I'd say "can you get into OpenGL without the plugin or in the browser"? Or does direct-x work for you? Most likely something I would ask or would have thought to ask. So..? Can you?

nope turns white screen in browser, and crashes if using client. it's an issue on jagex's side.
I can enter DX fine.
