OFFERS NO CONSTRUCTION XP
What this little gaffer does is makes use of the FCs with portable sawmills. You stand at the combat academy in lumbridge right beside the bank as if you were about to do some serious bankstanding with your camera angled high and compass pointed north. Instructions in the script.
Why would I run this for no XP, Wu-Tang?
Well, when you use a portable sawmill there is a 10% chance that you will receive a protean plank in place of a mahogany plank (or whatever other plank you want to use, just that mahogany has highest chance). The protean plank can be used as ANY construction plank in runescape, regardless of what kind of plank you used to get it. Now, the "free" construction 99 is achieved my making multitudes of these protean planks, then selling your planks that you cut. Not only do you get a profit from turning logs to planks, but you get to keep the protean planks.
PROTEAN PLANKS STACK IN YOUR INVENTORY - CAN I GET A HELL YES?
this will save you on butler costs to make mahogany tables and will also save on the planks cost since you don't actually need mahogany. I'm trying to make this sound as easy as possible, but I'm not doing it justice.
