Hey guys,

I understand that Direct is is suppose to be faster than opengl32, i know you can implement it in a script with
smartPlugins := ['D3d9.dll', 'opengl32.dll'];

Questions i have are:
* If DirectX is enabled, will it effect a script in a way that involves altering procedures?
* Should i use
smartPlugins := ['D3d9.dll';
or
smartPlugins := ['d3d9.dll';
to enable it in scripts?
* Is anything required to be added if implementing Direct X in a script such as certain functions for fixes?
* Is their any other links you can direct me to for more information other than the below:
https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=107256
https://villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=108664

?

Thankyou in advance,

— wat? ogl and dx can be used interchangably. (though dx is better imo as it doesnt have the 'zoom' bug or the empty map.

* Should i use
smartPlugins := ['D3d9.dll';
or

— Perhaps the best way would be to test it for yourself?
Spoiler:Either one should work. Its windows, so its not case sensitive.

* Is anything required to be added if implementing Direct X in a script such as certain functions for fixes?
— Nope. At one point the map would get screwed up from time to time, but that shouldnt happen anymore. it basically had a huge black 'cross' in it, so people wrote funcs to fix it. @The Mayor; has one lying around somewhere if it seems to be a thing again.

* Is their any other links you can direct me to for more information other than the below:

— first link is release for the plugin. Download link, etc. Nothing too major. Just install it and run.
second link is unrelated, even though it has directx in the name.
