Also, I have a couple more bot related questions..

-how often should one bot? (all day? part of the day? every day? every other day?)
-is over night okay? (flights bots can easily go over night)
-how often/long do you take breaks from botting? (a day, a couple days, a week?)

1. I doubt that, because there are enough legit players who do this that it wouldn't really help filter anything.
2. Personally I bot whenever I feel like it during the day. I don't really have a schedule but it's usually around 10 hours total per day. Some days I just don't feel like clicking play, so I don't.
3. I don't bot overnight, but I don't think it's any less safe than during the day.
4. I don't schedule breaks, but I'm not consistent about which days I bot.

If I was in in for the ranks or the money I'd bot more, but I'm happy with just botting casually.

I just realized that this is in the OSR section and I only do RS3, but I'll leave this here because there's no point deleting everything I've typed.

I've consistently gained over 2m xp in multiple skills every week for the past two months.

Thank you everyone. I am not so worried now.

Unless I'm actually working on something I'll have my script running for the majority of the day, morning to night. I don't run scripts overnight because I'm convinced Jagex will know, based on your location, if that's something practical to do.
