I really like to pk on RuneScape with clans/teams on Teamspeak
However,
I don't know what game to pick. OSRS has the chance of dieing and Legacy has the chance of failing.
I don't have much time to play both, so idk.

OSRS won't die until RS itself does.
Legacy won't die either. EoC is what's dying, that's why Jagex is developing Legacy.
Choose whichever you want. I personally think OSRS pking is morw enjoyable to watch.

OSRS if you wish to PK I suppose is brilliant. However for everything else, the RS3 Legacy Mode has me won over.

It seems like PvP will always be better (in my opinion) and definitely more active in OSRS. There's already the original wilderness with both members and freestyle pking, dueling of course, Castle Wars if you enjoy playing that (not sure if it's active though), and the kinda-recently released Clan Wars with a wide selection of options. On top of that it seems Bounty Hunter is/will be in the works.

wasn't osrs brought out because people wanted to go back to that era of pking and stuff? idd stick with that. eoc now is alot more skill / pvm based but im not sure what legacy will do weather or not pvp will last a long time or not with it

If i were you i would pick rs3 because of legecay mode. There are rumors that pkers are coming back to the runescape :D

Few streamers are going to play legacy so I doubt it'll get much attention or people using it.

Althought you lose nothing to try Legacy out, but yea its shit.
RS3; you'll see players brag about how RS3 is better than OSRS.

I personally did not have any real thought for joining OSRS. I have like 200 days playing time on RS3 and it feels like I'm just throwing it away to play on a worse graphic and less content version of runescape that was built for people who couldn't adapt to updates.

osrs is far better for pking, there is no doubt about that, and more active i believe

Well rs3 gets way more content in my opinion.
I don't like osrs, it is slow and boring.
I would say RS3. What I am doing currently is trying to bot my way to a max cape
