That's literally the SRL-OSR tutorial. If you can't get it to work, you either can't read or are badly misunderstanding something. Posting what's wrong, as specifically as you can, is a good way to start asking for help.

What specifically doesn't work? Are there any errors in the debug box?

im also having problems. i get a error because smart wont load. in that tut it doesnt say anything about how to set up smart?..

Try getting it to work on RS3 first.
