Seriously though, that should be something you could script yourself just reading through the tutorials.

I posted this one before.
It has GE support but only works well if not many people are around. It worked good on the falador water pump last I remember.
Word of warning. I got a temp ban while writing/testing/running this. I think filling vials and making clay get scrutiny. I got away with bowls of water for a long time.
