Perhaps add ssrl+ mini-feature?

Just a potential idea I figured I'd suggest since I'm not around as much as I used to be

–> After x time (weeks,months,etc) a SSRL+ member may by-pass the rep++ in order to spread more rep. where rep. is due. (Currently cannot give more rep. to somebody before spreading around rep. elsewhere)

just a thought, still love these forums :>
