I needed a barbarian fishing script, and someone said he'd be releasing his soon but didn't. *cough* brotein ;)
Anywho, I decided I might as well just whip it up myself. Only spent around an hour on this so far so there may be bugs.
I will update the script accordingly as I find issues.

Features:
Actionbar dropping
Antiban
SPS Precision

Setup:
-DIRECTX
-Zoom all the way OUT
-Salmon action bar slot 1 (hotkey 1)
Sturgeon action bar slot 2 (hotkey 2)
Trout action bar slot 3 (hotkey 3)
-If you want XP rates, have it in your textbox

Notes:
If there are any bugs you find please feel free to post what happened here. I'm far too lazy to add debugging lines, so just do your best to explain what happened.
Blue Box shows where the script will search for fishing spots.
Red box shows where it detects if the fishing spot is gone.
There are rare instances when the script clicks a spot, but the spot moves at that exact instance. It results in your character running outside the fishing zone. I could add sps for fix this but only if it's completely necessary.

[Initial Release]
[V2] Various fixes. No longer uses DTMS but colors for more robustness
[V3] Now uses hotkeys to drop. Added SPS to prevent char from wandering with fishing spots.

I told P1ng to make this as an add-on to his existing Barbarian Fisher when he asked what I think he should make. I guess I should brainstorm a few more ideas for him, now. :P

Although I don't have a high enough level for Sturgeon yet, I better give this a go!

Ill have a look into it to try n find out what's causing it.

I'm curious, does this drop the fish after fishing or does it do the thing that gives cooking exp as well?

Works great so far! I tend to baby sit most scripts and 1 thing i've noticed with this one is if it goes a bit to far north, it won't go back south if there are fishing spots available.

im getting a prob when running it, it compiles fine then it says in the screen socket disconnected, unpairing any ideas?

And that's it. It stops. :( I'd give you more information, but I have none to give.

The bot is instable for me , it cant recognize the fish spot , then wait 60 seconds and log out.

Edit: works fine now, it seems like it was something to do with the client rather than the script.

This script did great! Though I did notice that one can get stuck if they take one of the northern fishing points and nothing is spawning. If I knew more about coding, I'd suggest a map click if a certain time has passed with no fish/no dropping, but it works great either way!

Is your SPS updated and setup properly?
If it is and it sitll doesn't work, just set useSPS to false and remove "CheckLocation" From the mainloop all the way at the bottom.

i commented out //sps.Setup('fishmap', RUNESCAPE_OTHER, 4, 600.0, 0.40) and it somehow worked. thanks anyway sir

I'd also recommend commenting out the CheckLocation since what you commented out will break the SPS positioning.
I should probably upload another version that will shut down all SPS by setting useSPS as false.

All 3 versions just say compiled successful nothing else and doesn't work >.>

I had the same issue until I commented out the player login info and just used rafiki player manager.

it keeps stopping after 15-20 min because the inventory is full

nvm that, seems to be running without a problem now

Fly fishing only?

sometimes it catches a full inventory and fails to use hotkey drop
sometimes it catches 1-3 fishes then drops it.

I'm struggling to get this script to work :(

Just tested this script out to see if it still works. Still functions fine with V3.

Script runs well and gets great xp but it is constantly dropping everyfish i catch as soon as i catch it. I was wondering if there was a way to change it to only when i have a full inventory of fish?

This is running excellently after I hard coded a fix that clicks downwards after 60 seconds of fail instead of terminating (It only ever got stuck at the top fishing spot when no other fishing spots were in view, they were all south of the screen area).

well after the new update, the script needs to be updated as well, because now your character will stop fishing instantly if you drop the fish…

Confirmed. This is a pain even for legit training, not sure why they did this.

trolling rsof, looks like it was an accident and will be hotfixed shortly. By the way, thanks for the script! Used it last night, works great with RS working correctly.

What is the xp/hr like on this script? looks great, i just need to get 70 fish first and the iflyfishing bot by keepbotting isnt working and he isnt replying to his thread!

Ohh ya but a real human would not act like that …waits filling an inventory and then drops , from my point of view its unpractical its stops from a continuing flux of fishing, i dont know its seem that some of xp/h is losing like that

Dropping via action bar should not affect the xp/hr at all as the fishing process is not interrupted by action bar use. Got 97k xp/hr (including agility xp) throughout the run. Will probably use this script to hit 99 fish as even though tomtuff's script may be better (haven't gotten the chance to try it), this is the one I've been using since the 80s fishing.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with this script. This dropping method isn't gonna get you banned or anything. I did around 3m of 99 fishing with this script before I wrote my own.

I'm mostly concerned that after like 6m xp of this type of dropping, jagex could become suspicious of the switch. I will probably try yours out at some point, when I decide to stop doing rc, div and hunter :P

Great script. Have used to get from 71-97 fishing so far. going all the way to 99.
